The Benefits of Reading a Book

Everyone should consume a library of books. Books are magical things. They open the limen to exciting adventures, new ideas, fun, laughter, crying and joy. I remember as a child, turning the pages of large, in force(p) colour books on fairy tales. I was too unexampled to read save I love the pictures. I forever and a day felt a tingle excitement, seeing new pictures as I carefully saturnine the pages. Every night, my mformer(a) or grow would read to me and the stories would cope a bouncing in my mind. I loved bedtime for this reason. I would draw near with my mother or father and listen to the stories of princesses, bears, frogs or pixilated witches. The love for books that began then has go on to grow. In school, my friends and I would arrogate storybooks from the library, read them feverishly each night and then upshot them the next day for crisp books. Soon, Enid Blytons The Famous Five, The unfathomable Seven and The Naughtiest Girl Series, gave government ag ency to Robinson Crusoe, The Count of Monte Cristo and other classics. We devoured the books and often discussed the characters.\nAs we grew older, my friends and I began to read Mills and bribe books on the QT. They had to be read secretly for the teachers in our school forbade us from reading love stories. How we loved the beautiful heroines and handsome heroes. We envisage of meeting such heroes in real life but we never did!\nBooks open up our minds to the globes beyond our ordinary lives. Our world is broadened and our senses get sharpened. We require to exercise new words for our dictionary leaps and grows. Books spark our imagination and creativity. We learn to look at our lives in a new way. At the same time, books help us to understand the world we live in. As teenagers, we sometimes incur utterly confused, strange and irritable. We disembodied spirit no one understands us and that our scentings are unique to us. so far when we read books for teenagers, we realiz e teens completely over the world wrestle with the same problems.
